The Corps of Commissionaires of Nigerian Legion floats the Security Outfit of the Nigerian Legion ab-initio, however the Nigerian Legion Combatant Auxiliary Arm Security Services is a combat ready and gallant regiment of the Legion, being a product of the partnership between the Nigerian Legion and the Nigerian Army to complement the shortfall in its existing security outfit as has been floated within the tenet of the Corps of Commissionaires of the Nigerian Legion.
